Founders50 members are able to cancel their subscription at any time, however, Dust cannot offer refunds for payments made to date.

After an initial non-refundable deposit of $500, First100 members shall be able to cancel their subscription at any time for a refund.

The non-refundable deposit accounts for the limited nature of the 100 bike batch, and ensuring that we can drive commitments towards production.
